Minuteman Press Norfolk is Hiring: Graphic Designer & Digital Print Operator
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong Canva experience—this is a requirement! This role is primarily focused on print production, but graphic design skills in Canva are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic design and file preparation using Canva (Must be proficient).
- Preflighting and setting up artwork for print production.
- Operating Konica Minolta digital presses and high-volume copiers. (No experience needed—we will train you).
- Running and maintaining bindery equipment (cutting, folding, binding, etc.).
Requirements:
- Graphic design experience with strong proficiency in Canva (REQUIRED).
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Print shop experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate—as long as you have Canva design experience.
