What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer/Print Production position at Minuteman Press?
Minuteman Press, the world’s largest and top-rated digital print, marketing and design franchise is seeking a candidate for Graphic Designer/Print Production.
Must have experience with design-related programs, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop as well as experience with digital presses and various types of finishing equipment.
Teammate responsibilities:
- Designs projects, or converts customer files, using appropriate software.
- Develops and maintains client library files / file handling.
- Familiar with different paper types and able to set up, load and operate digital presses with minimal waste, errors or re-work.
- Able to operate various types of finishing and bindery equipment.
- Able to run DTF and press
- Completes jobs to the final details including packing and shipping.
- Coordinates to troubleshoot any issues that could affect ability to complete projects accurately and on time.
- Follows store’s standard operating procedures, and assists with store cleanliness.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience at a print or copy shop
- Desire to learn new business skills

Must be able to work scheduled hours consistently daily, weekly, monthly.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
