Successful printing and marketing business is seeking a digital print production designer. This role is responsible for setting up graphics files for printing, then producing the artwork through our digital production printers.
Experience in Adobe InDesign is required. Fiery Command Workstation experience is highly preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and create digital artwork for various print materials including brochures, posters, flyers, banners, business cards, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design needs and deliver effective solutions that align with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Prepare high-quality design files for print production, ensuring that all files meet technical specifications and are print-ready.
- Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and print technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
- Ensure designs are consistent across all media and formats, from digital to print.
- Conduct quality checks on final designs to ensure proper color, resolution, and layout for print.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless handoff of files and smooth execution of designs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
- Manage plate maker to create plates for the offset printer.
