We are professional family owned and operated company established in 2019 & looking to add to our growing marketing department. This position will be working with a social medica content creator as well as another graphic designer who will mainly focus on duties seperate from this job posting but will all in all correlate with eachother. The ability to accept others and work dilligently with others is important as all of us being hands on has helped us become who we are today. Being able to self manage and also provide feedback are important attributes we are looking for. We want to be able to learn from the person chosen for this particular job description as well as us wanting to help teach you about what it's like working in the cannabis undustry.

```Duties```
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials such as print advertisements, brochures, and digital content
- Design and produce eye-catching logos that align with the brand identity
- Create engaging social media graphics and visuals for online campaigns
- Utilize typography effectively to enhance the overall design aesthetic
- Manipulate and enhance photographs to meet design requirements
- Product Photography for The Refinery's menu as seen on www.refinemi.com/shop
```Skills```
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography and its application in design
- Experience with content management systems for website development
- Familiarity with print advertising techniques and requirements
- Ability to create visually appealing logos that represent the brand identity
- Basic photography skills for capturing images to be used in designs
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
