The world’s largest and top-rated digital print, marketing, and design franchise is seeking candidates for a position as a Digital Print Production Assistant / Customer Service Rep. This position will be responsible for assisting our customers via telephone, email, and in person at our office with their print, promotional and design projects.
You will be doing graphic design, submitting files to vendors, dealing directly with customers, preparing estimates and work orders, digital printing, light bindery, and being part of a cohesive team. We are PC based with Adobe Suite experience.
You will provide exemplary customer service, build relationships, and use consultative selling when working with customers.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Excellent time-management skills. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks and aggressive daily deadlines with minimal supervision and extraordinary attention to detail.
- Work independently and as a team member, from concept to completion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Professional Appearance and Attitude.
- General shop cleaning
- Print shop experience is a plus
- English AND Spanish Speaking Preferred

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
