Position: Print Specialist / Sales Representative
Pay: $18-20 (negotiable based on previous experience)
We are an established full-service print, design, and marketing franchise company. We're looking for a talented Outside Sales Representative / Office Assistant to join our team at our Eau Claire, WI location. Below is a list of the preferred skills applicable to the position as well as a breakdown of day-to-day responsibilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in the field of sales, door to door marketing, telemarketing, attending networking meetings.
- Proficiency in phone, email, and face to face interaction with clients.
- Knowledge of paper brands and types is preferred.
- Knowledge of print related products is preferred.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Responsibility and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with potential leads and forward those leads over to the shop manager / owner.
- Communicate directly with our in-house graphic designer.
- Follow up with clients or customers regarding print marketing project inquiries.
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services.
- Educate clients about additional products, services, and ways we can help them market their business.
- Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s questions.
- Escalate queries and concerns to the business owner.

Training:
Training for this position is conducted by a direct representative of Minuteman Press International. This individual will work on-site to educate you on our proprietary pricing and job management software, print production processes, and marketing techniques.
