Minutemen Staffing is now hiring Quality Inspectors for all 3 shifts.

1st Shift- Monday - Friday 6am to 2pm

2nd Shift - Monday - Friday 2pm to 10pm

3rd Shift - Sunday - Thursday 10pm to 6am

Job Duties :

  • Visually inspecting automotive components for defects and damage.
  • Packaging completed and passing components for shipping.
  • Accurately counting parts on hand, ensuring to document correctly.

Job Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Valid Ohio Drivers license required
  • Able to bend, stand and kneel for entirety of shift
  • Able to follow verbal & written instructions
  • Able to work overtime and weekends as needed
