About the role :
- Uphold PRS Core Values in all aspects of the role, while managing the CRM database for efficient marketing operations.
- Assist with sales events, resident move-in / move-out processes, and collaborate with various departments to streamline communication.
- Develop marketing materials, such as brochures, floor plans, and Move-In Guides, while maintaining accurate sales and marketing inventory.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, produce routine reports, and manage lead follow-up through CRM software.
- Support the sales process by prequalifying prospects, organizing files, scheduling follow-up communication, and shadowing key roles.
