What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd Shift Production Line Lead position at Miracapo Pizza Company?
Assists Supervisor in coordinating and overseeing the activities of employees on the production line in order to achieve production targets in most efficient and effective manner, assures that proper materials and ingredients are used and that all product is properly labeled and accounted for.
Identifies problems, works to determine root cause, and implements corrective actions that prevent recurrence. Can troubleshoot equipment, material and process problems. Participate in Preventive Maintenance on Sundays
- Capable of performing all roles on the line and directs on-the-job training
- Must be able to work with a flexible schedule including overtime and weekend shift coverage.
- Experience in operation of all equipment on assigned line and the ability to fix minor mechanical problems.
- Leadership skills necessary to lead in a manufacturing environment, such as cross divisional partnerships, strong communication and problem solving skills
- Must be able to complete required documentation and maintain appropriate records.
- Computer literate.
- Must have ability to work independently and be responsible for timely completion and accurate
- Must be able to work in a temperature varied environment.
- Must be able to lift 40-60 pounds
- Must be able to stand for 9 hours.
