We’re seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven Project Manager to lead property restoration projects from start to finish. This role is critical in delivering outstanding service to our clients, maintaining strong margins, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards.

• Oversee residential and commercial restoration projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion
• Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, subcontractor oversight, budgeting, documentation, and client communication
• Achieve and maintain a consistent gross profit margin on all projects
• Ensure all work meets company standards with minimal rework and a focus on quality control
• Provide consistent updates to clients, insurance adjusters, and internal stakeholders
• Create and maintain a network of high-performing, quality-focused subcontractors
• Collaborate closely with field staff and office teams to resolve challenges quickly and effectively
• Monitor job progress daily and keep project tracking software fully updated
• Maintain customer satisfaction and earn referrals through professionalism, communication, and results

• Proven experience in construction or restoration project management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Clear, confident communicator who can manage both clients and subcontractors effectively
• Financially minded and experienced in budgeting, estimating, and margin management
• Committed to accountability, transparency, and delivering results
• Familiar with restoration software (Xactimate, CRM platforms, etc.) or willing to learn quickly
• Ability to build and maintain a network of reliable, high-quality subcontractors
