Duties:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care
- Handle billing and insurance claims
- Manage office administrative tasks efficiently
Experience:
- Experience in a medical or hearing aid provider office setting
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Knowledge of medical administrative support functions
- Strong organizational skills to manage office tasks effectively
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with hearing aid office operations
- Previous experience in medical administrative support roles
