Job Description

  • As a landscape project manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple construction projects within our service area. A project manager at Miracle Farms will be required to oversee all aspects of their assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring consistency and quality, while staying within budget. An effective project manager is able to manage the client relationship from project start to finish, have a detailed understanding of the project scope, communicate job needs (materials and equipment) daily with the field operations manager, and delegate daily objectives to the landscape field supervisors and crew foreman.

Desired characteristics, qualifications and requirements include:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in the construction or green industry (excavation, landscaping, construction, etc.), preferably as a project manager.
  • An associates or bachelor’s degree in the landscape field or another closely related industry (construction management, landscape architecture, turfgrass management, etc.) would be beneficial, but is not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and industry related scheduling and CRM software
  • Must be detail oriented on all jobs to ensure that they are staying on schedule and within budget.
  • Have the ability to explain and relay the key components of a project to all who are involved (direct employees, subs, GC’s, clients, architects, etc.)
  • Be familiar with general construction site safety and prioritize this on every jobsite, including reporting and documenting any jobsite related injuries.
  • Experience reading plans and laying out jobs in the field according to plan measurements. Be comfortable using a transit or laser level.
  • Experience operating heavy equipment and ensuring that it is being used properly and safely, as well as being maintained.
  • Have the ability to lead teams and train personnel that work under them.
  • Aspirations of continued growth and development within your career
  • Hold a valid US driver’s license
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
