Overview
Miracle Hearts is seeking a strong, self-directed, and dedicated Program Director to oversee and manage our program operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program development, management, and working with teenage clients struggling with mental health and behavioral issues
Summary
As the Director of Programs, you will oversee the development and management of programs aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Reporting to senior leadership, you will leverage your supervisory experience and social work background to foster continuous improvement and enhance behavioral health services. Your role will involve relationship management and administrative oversight, ensuring effective program implementation. With a focus on collaboration and leadership, you will drive initiatives that promote the well-being of clients while managing budgets and resources efficiently. Duties
- Supervise program staff and provide leadership and guidance
- Develop and implement program policies and procedures
- Manage program budgets and ensure financial sustainability
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, and community partners
- Oversee program activities to ensure quality services are delivered
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance program effectiveness
- Monitor program outcomes and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
Experience
- Proven experience in supervising and leading teams
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Demonstrated success in program development and management
- Knowledge of social work or behavioral health practices
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
