Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In Home Caregivers. As an In Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with transportation needs
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and any observations or changes in client's condition Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
