POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated discovery paralegal to join our litigation team.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft and propound discovery-related documents, including interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas.
- Assist with drafting motions to compel or responses to discovery disputes.
- Draft and prepare objections to written discovery.
- Work directly with clients to collect relevant documents and information for discovery.
- Assist clients in gathering responsive documents and information for discovery requests and responses.
- Review, organize, and prepare discovery responses for production.
- Conduct document reviews to identify relevant information for cases.
- Assist in drafting demands, motions and complaints.
- Assist counsel in fact investigation.
