Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with teams to deliver quality software solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate continuously with Product Managers and Technical Anchors.
- Assist GDIA Partners in understanding iterative development and prioritization.
- Mentor and train other Data Engineers in agile methodologies and technical skills.
- Innovate and improve agile processes while sharing insights.
- Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices and quality standards.
- Communicate technology strategies and visions effectively to stakeholders.
- Operate in an agile, user-centric environment with continuous iteration.
- Engage in pair programming to develop technical expertise and guide team members.
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in data engineering.
- Strong experience with GCP services (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Storage).
- Proficiency in Python, Hadoop, and Teradata.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, and GitHub.
- Experience managing enterprise cloud environments, particularly GCP.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing and distributed systems.
- Expertise in object-oriented design principles and software engineering best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience Required:
