Responsibilities:
Bachelor s degree in Design (Graphic, Interaction, Visual, and Digital)
Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Information Architecture, Marketing, or related UX field.
5 years of UI Design for web, mobile, and application design and/or UX strategy.
Strong technical proficiency with design tools such as InVision, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
Scrum and Kanban experience a plus.
Portfolio of work is required.
Design thinking mentality.
Experience with lean UX and just in time design cycles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with current front-end web technologies, native interface guidelines, web services, and APIs.
Ability to estimate efforts, prioritize tasks and goals, and rapidly produce deliverables in a fast-paced iterative environment.
Flexible and able to handle a variety of assignments in various stages at the same time.
Creative problem solving - not just solving problems but developing multiple solutions.
