Qualifications:
- MUST have a minimum of two years' experience at a high-volume dealer
- Displays customer relationship and interpersonal skills and maintains focus on customer satisfaction
- Maintain core knowledge of products and product updates
- Meets deadlines by prioritizing assignments, and multi-tasks under pressure
- Is self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and success driven
- Is team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
- Maintains professional appearance and positive, high-energy presence
- Holds valid driver’s license
- Able to pass background and drug screenings

Qualifications:

- Willing to work a 5-day shift 40-hour work week

- Meets deadlines by prioritizing assignments, and multi-tasks under pressure
- Is self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and success driven
- Is team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
- Maintains professional appearance and positive, high-energy presence
- Holds valid driver’s license
- Able to pass background and drug screenings

Qualifications:
- Three years of experience managing all day-to-day aspects of an automotive parts department
- Goal oriented, self-motivated, well organized with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Manage daily interactions with all dealership departments
- Able to build & maintain strong working relationships with department managers and colleagues
- Experienced with DealerTrack and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) a plus
