Mirak Automotive Group is hiring MULTIPLE SERVICE AND PARTS POSITIONS to join our great team!  We have been a family-owned group since 1936. We represent Chevrolet, Hyundai, and Genesis. As a part of the Mirak team, you will play a crucial role with keeping the Mirak history of delivering the best possible customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships with clients.

_____________________________SERVICE ADVISORS ________________________________________________

Qualifications: 

• MUST have a minimum of two years' experience at a high-volume dealer
• Displays customer relationship and interpersonal skills and maintains focus on customer satisfaction
• Maintain core knowledge of products and product updates
• Meets deadlines by prioritizing assignments, and multi-tasks under pressure
• Is self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and success driven
• Is team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
• Maintains professional appearance and positive, high-energy presence
• Holds valid driver’s license
• Able to pass background and drug screenings

____________________________ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGERS_______________________________________

Qualifications:

• MUST have a minimum of three years' experience at a high-volume dealer
• Willing to work a 5-day shift 40-hour work week
• Displays customer relationship and interpersonal skills and maintains focus on customer satisfaction
• Maintain core knowledge of products and product updates
• Meets deadlines by prioritizing assignments, and multi-tasks under pressure
• Is self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and success driven
• Is team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
• Maintains professional appearance and positive, high-energy presence
• Holds valid driver’s license
• Able to pass background and drug screenings

Qualifications:

• Maintains core knowledge of products and product updates
• Displays superior customer relationship and interpersonal skills and maintains strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
• Demonstrates a high work ethic and exhibits professional and acceptable behaviors at all times
• Is self-motivated, organized and success driven
• Completes assigned tasks promptly
• Reports any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its customers or employees to management
• Maintains professional appearance and positive, high energy presence
• Understands and complies with federal, state and local regulations
• Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills
• Meets deadlines, prioritizes assignments, and multi-tasks under pressure
• Is team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
• Able to pass background and drug screenings

_____________PARTS MANAGERS/ASSISTANT PARTS MANAGERS________________________

Qualifications: 

• Three years of experience managing all day-to-day aspects of an automotive parts department
• Goal oriented, self-motivated, well organized with strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Manage daily interactions with all dealership departments
• Able to build & maintain strong working relationships with department managers and colleagues
• Experienced with DealerTrack and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) a plus
