What are the responsibilities and job description for the M&A Business Development Lead (Lower-Middle & Middle Market) position at Mirante Partners?
Company Description
At Mirante Partners, we offer our clients end-to-end buyside M&A advisory services. Acting as an outsourced deal team, we can either manage the entire acquisition process or focusing on specific stages, depending on company needs.
Primarily serving private investors, Lower-Middle and Middle Market organizations alike, our comprehensive suite of buyside M&A advisory services are designed to provide business owners and financial sponsors with expert-level acquisition support without the necessity of maintaining a full-time corporate development team. This approach allows companies to avoid the high setup and overhead costs by only paying for expert M&A services when needed, ensuring a more flexible and scalable approach.
By partnering with us, our clients can concentrate on their core business operations while we handle the complexities of the acquisition process, ensuring their M&A priorities are pursued without conflicts or distraction.
