Job Description
We are expanding our pool of Consultants to engage in various projects under a comprehensive program that focuses on delivering end-to-end Customer Experience (CX) solutions to a diverse range of clients. Currently, we are looking for an experienced Cisco UCCE Consultant to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for professionals seeking part-time or project-based opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement UCCE solutions, including system configuration, call flow design, and integration with third-party applications.
- Develop and manage IVR applications using Cisco CVP, ensuring they meet business requirements and user needs.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of UCCE solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and compliance purposes.
- 5 years of experience working with Cisco UCCE, CVP, ICM, and Call Studio.
- Strong expertise in IVR development, VXML scripting, and ICM call routing.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Voice Gateways, SIP Trunking, and CUCM.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Relevant Cisco certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Genesys and NICE solutions is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
