A Cafe Cook is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, organization and food service in the Colleague Dining Room. This will include preparing meals both hot and cold items, stocking buffets, ensuring the cleanliness of the dining room, stocking and requisitioning supplies, monitoring food temperature and quality, and answering questions about the menu.
