Qualifications
- Candidates should have at least 1 year of professional cooking experience, preferably cooking in a high-volume food service operation; or have a combination of professional work experience with formal culinary training. Cafeteria or similar experience is preferred.
- Candidates must also demonstrate good communication skills, good knife skills, product knowledge and identification, and knowledge of various cooking methods.
- This position involves standing on feet for long periods of time and requires the ability to lift, push and carry moderate amounts of weight.
- Candidates must have open morning and afternoon availability, including weekends and holidays.
