As a Nursing Director for MiraVista in Holyoke, Massachusetts, you’ll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. The Director of Nursing is an integral part of our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will provide direct care and support not only to our patients but also their families and make decisions that impact the lives of your peers, your patients, and your community. In exchange, we will care for you, as much as you care for our patients.
As a Nursing Director :
- You are responsible for nursing clinical administration and supervision
- You will work in collaboration with the Medical Director and Program Director on fiscal management, creating and developing clinically sound, consumer-oriented services responsive to community need
- You will actively work with senior management and program staff to provide : policies, procedures, training, budget management and interventions
- Your contributions will promote sound management, high quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement and long-term fiscal solvency of the programs
- You are responsible for scheduling, orientation, problem solving, communication, staff education and evaluations
- You will assume delegated responsibilities in the absence of other senior managers
