Responsibilities:
- Lead Management & Automation – Organize and nurture leads through Constant Contact (or similar CRM platforms). Set up automated emails, filter leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Scheduling & Calendaring – Assist with appointment setting, showings, and key deadlines to keep transactions running smoothly.
- Tech-Savvy Operations – Utilize digital tools and automation to improve workflow efficiency and optimize processes.
- Marketing & Client Communication – Help with email campaigns, interest lists, and engagement strategies to keep buyers and sellers well-informed and up-to-date.
- Versatile Support – Tackle various tasks beyond traditional Realtor responsibilities, ensuring that all aspects of the business are well-supported.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Licensed Realtor (preferred, but not required).
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented with a strong understanding of CRM platforms (Constant Contact preferred), email automation, and digital tools.
- Highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks, and keep track of important deadlines.
- Self-starter and problem-solver who takes initiative and tackles challenges head-on.
