What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Specialist position at Miromar Development Corp.?
The HR payroll specialist is responsible for compiling payroll data, processing biweekly payroll, internal reporting, employee inquiries and monthly billing. Additional duties including administrative support with pre-employment activities, orientation and benefit administration.
The ideal candidate must be organized, a multi-tasker, a self-starter and detail oriented.
Requirements:
· 2 years’ previous payroll experience
· 1 year of Human Resources experience
· A working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now is a bonus
· Fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
