We are a locally owned and operated nonprofit agency established in 2014. We are a rapidly growing agency looking for a high quality Administrative Support/HR Specialist to join our team. While our primary services are home based for children with Autism, we provide a wide variety of services for a wide range of individuals. Our Support Specialist will connect with new families looking for support, help with clerical tasks including maintaining databases, and assist with other administrative duties.

Job Duties
· Assist with administrative duties including human resource files.
·Coordinate leave requests by receiving and obtaining approvals.
·Assist with human resource duties.
· Update databases and spreadsheets.
· Reviewing documentation for accuracy according to industry standard guidelines.
· Assist with scheduling and meeting coordination.
· Attend internal meetings weekly
· Work directly with Executive Leadership Team.
· Work under the supervision of the Fiscal Manager.
Other duties may be assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
