WORK SCHEDULE: Day Shift
SALARY RANGE: 52K - 62K (based on experience)
POSITION SUMMARY
The marketing coordinator supports the company’s business development efforts through the project pursuit process. Collaborating with business development professionals, project team members, and subject matter experts, this individual will develop proposals, interview materials, and marketing collateral, which includes writing content and reviewing documents for proper grammar and accuracy. The marketing coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining client and project data and strengthening the Miron brand. This individual will leverage creative thinking, effective communication, and collaboration skills to consistently meet project deadlines and engage in continuous improvement opportunities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Creates effective, high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Works cross-functionally with business development team members to garner construction projects through the request for proposal (RFP) process.
- Develops and shares best practices with team members to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Maintains information in Deltek VantagePoint, Marketing’s customer relationship management (CRM) database.
- Updates Miron’s external website and internal SharePoint site.
- Edits and formats corporate documents and presentations.
- Assists with company-sponsored events.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, or any combination of education and professional experience that would meet the responsibilities listed above.
- Minimum five years of experience in producing marketing materials and presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud; experience with CRM databases is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry is a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Primarily an office environment, with occasional visits to construction project sites.
