Mirrah Image Services is a trusted provider of client-centered care services, dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities to maintain dignity and independence. We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join us as Companion Care Providers. Key Responsibilities

1. Non-Medical Care & Personal Assistance

• Objective: Support clients with activities of daily living to foster independence.
• Tasks Include:
• Assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal hygiene support without providing direct medical care (compliant with AHCA regulations).
• Offering companionship through conversation, activities, and outings that encourage socialization and emotional well-being.

2. Community Engagement

• Objective: Facilitate client participation in community events and activities.
• Tasks Include:
• Transporting clients to community activities, appointments, and social events, ensuring their safety and active engagement in social environments.

3. Client Supervision

• Objective: Provide attentive supervision to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Tasks Include:
• Supervising client activities both at home and in the community, adhering to individualized care plans.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Objective: Ensure compliance with APD and AHCA requirements through accurate documentation.
• Tasks Include:
• Maintaining detailed logs of daily activities, observations, and any notable changes in the client’s condition.
• Completing incident reports when necessary, in accordance with regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Skills:
• Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
