Job Overview

We are seeking driven, results-oriented sales professionals to join our growing team in the automotive industry. This is a commission-based opportunity with no earning cap, ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads to close high-value sales
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through a consultative sales approach
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software and follow up on leads promptly
  • Identify B2B and fleet opportunities to drive long-term growth

Required QualificationsEducation & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • 1 years of sales experience preferred (inside sales, outside sales, or related field)
  • Automotive industry experience preferred (detailing, coatings, PPF, or similar)
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking software is a plus

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals
  • Self-motivated and competitive with a drive for high earnings
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain relationships
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong time management and follow-up skills to handle multiple leads
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales quotas in a performance-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and digital communication tools

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work onsite for the first 90 days with the possibility of remote work based on performance
  • Must have reliable transportation for potential outside sales visits after 90 days
  • Willingness to undergo sales training and participate in ongoing coaching
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based role with performance-based earnings
