Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads to close high-value sales
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships
- Meet and exceed sales goals through a consultative sales approach
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software and follow up on leads promptly
- Identify B2B and fleet opportunities to drive long-term growth
Required QualificationsEducation & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
- 1 years of sales experience preferred (inside sales, outside sales, or related field)
- Automotive industry experience preferred (detailing, coatings, PPF, or similar)
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking software is a plus
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals
- Self-motivated and competitive with a drive for high earnings
- Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong time management and follow-up skills to handle multiple leads
- Ability to work independently and meet sales quotas in a performance-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and digital communication tools
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work onsite for the first 90 days with the possibility of remote work based on performance
- Must have reliable transportation for potential outside sales visits after 90 days
- Willingness to undergo sales training and participate in ongoing coaching
- Comfortable working in a commission-based role with performance-based earnings
