We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our Dry Cleaning team. Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Use POS system to check in and close out transactions.
- Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures with accuracy.
- Detail oriented, must have basic computer skills and be able to identify key attributes to apparel items.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
- Basic computer skills, able to navigate through Dry Cleaning suite.
