As a Sales Representative, you will be interacting with clients and customers on a daily basis and all growth and incentives are effort based. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service while raising brand awareness and promoting client products and services.
- Collaborate with your team to meet both individual and group sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s business development efforts.
- Train and mentor new sales representatives as they onboard, helping to develop the next generation of sales talent.
- Monitor and report on sales activities, tracking key performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities.
- Work closely with leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Actively communicate product knowledge and sales techniques to your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
