The International Order Processing Coordinator is responsible for order processing, invoicing, customer service, and general maintenance of accounts. This role supports various inquiries from international suppliers, vendors, and customers by means of frequent communication. The International Coordinator performs administrative and clerical duties while interacting with all the departments within MISA to ensure our team is meeting long-term business needs.
Responsibilities
- Order processing
- Issues purchase orders for new orders in a timely manner
- Processes new orders
- Invoicing
- Reviews and processes supplier invoices
- Ensures correct pricing and invoicing to customer
- Coordinates supplier bill backs as needed
- Customer Service
- Creates and sends shipping documents to customers
- Coordinates the collection plan with each market
- Coordinates collections among suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders
- Assists in quality control issues, as they are brought to attention by customer
- Serves as the liaison and communicator between customers and suppliers regarding new commitments and product launches
- Resolves any issues quickly including delays and mis-shipments
- Compliance
- Manages international compliance per country requirements
- Follows and tracks compliance documentation
- Follow-up Sales
- Tracks offers sent by sales team
- Assists in requesting samples if needed
- Others
- Prepares regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal/external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- 1 years of experience in Sales Support or Order Processing
- International market work experience preferred
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be detail oriented
