Position Title: Sushi Maki Roller
Department: Kitchen Back of House
Reports To: Owner , Manager , HeadChef

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi rice, vegetables, and other ingredients for maki rolls.
- Roll sushi using traditional techniques and maintain high presentation standards.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with chefs to create new and innovative sushi rolls.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sushi preparation or a culinary background preferred.
- Knowledge of sushi-making techniques and ingredients.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
