What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Entry Sales Support position at MISCO -Minneapolis Speaker Company?
Enter customer purchase orders into ERP system. This position requires a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Candidate will monitor multiple email sales in-boxes, effectively communicate with internal team members and with customers. Must have previous order entry experience, a commitment to continuous improvement and a desire to provide exceptional customer service. Experience working remotely, and a in a team setting, interacting with engineering, quality, purchasing, and inventory management is a plus.
