What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant Mental Health Specialist - MiHealth - South position at MiSide Community Impact Network?
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Infant Mental Health Specialist is responsible for providing professional mental health services to an assigned caseload. These services shall include in-home therapeutic services and case management services to parents and infants experiencing psycho-social stressors constraining that parent's capacity to nurture and bond with the infant.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Master's degree in social work, clinical psychology or related mental health
- Appropriate professional registration / certification by State / national authority required (L.M.S.W.,L.L.P., R.N., etc.)
- Possession of a valid driver's license and have access to a private vehicle for day-to-day job performance
- Proficient in use of computer and working with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Michigan Association of Infant Mental Health Level Two or Level Three endorsement preferred
- Fluency in Spanish preferred
COMPENSATION :
46,023- $58,233 Annual (Full Time / Union)
