What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at MISO Default Brand?
Starting Salary Range: $105,000-115,000-position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead small to medium-sized projects from planning to execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Facilitate team meetings, track project progress, and proactively address roadblocks.
- Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage project workflows.
- Maintain project documentation, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
What we are looking for…
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Project Management Certification (PMP preferred) or equivalent experience leading projects.
- Experience managing IT projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, and other project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
