What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent & Performance Management Program Manager position at MISO?
Starting Salary Range: $130,000-150,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute talent management initiatives, succession planning, and performance management strategies.
- Partner with executives and HR teams to influence and drive talent alignment with business goals.
- Assess and diagnose talent needs to create impactful HR solutions.
- Lead change management efforts, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies.
- Utilize data and analytics to shape HR programs and measure effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal experts to drive continuous improvement in organizational development.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills: Proficiency in performance management systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and HRIS platforms.
Leadership: Strong ability to influence, coach, and drive HR strategies at an enterprise level.
