Experience
- Experience with fine dining or working knowledge of asian cuisine or Filipino cuisine a plus.
- Prepare and cook food with highest standards
- Follow proper food handling, food service, and food safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Previous experience in fine dining or working understanding of asian cuisine a plus
- working knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Food handling: proper cooling techniques
- Food service: Knowledge of FIFO
- Food safety: Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Meal preparation: express creativity for staff meal
- Cook: Strong skills in searing, braising, sous vide
- Willingness to assist other team members as needed in a collaborative kitchen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
