What we expect you to bring to the job:
A minimum of 3 years of experience on the line in a quality “a la carte” restaurant.
Sound cooking fundamentals.
Ability to work independently.
Know how to plan and cook for private functions up to 50 guests.
Have the control to use inventory economically and effectively.
Focus to create and plan the dinner menu & cost effectively.
Discipline to pay utmost attention to product quality and the satisfaction of our patrons.
Responsibility to run a clean, sanitary operation meeting and exceeding health and sanitary standards.
Leadership to direct your team, so they can best support your efforts to succeed.

The full time position is available during the period May15 through October on an annual basis. You may continue on a part time basis through Jan. 03. We close then and reopen and continue your employment on April 15 of the following year.
