Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of programs designed to support individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and sustainability.
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, community organizations, and funding agencies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies related to program operations.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and implement improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address behavioral health needs effectively.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices in program management and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 2 years experience as ADHC Program Director
- Proven experience in program development and management within the social services sector.
- Strong administrative skills with experience in budgeting and financial oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience supervising staff and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of best practices in working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with various audiences.
- Commitment to promoting positive outcomes for individuals served through innovative programming and support services.
