We are currently hiring Catering Call Center Teammates. You are the “Expert” for Our Customers. The Catering Call Center Teammate provides Genuine and Heartfelt Hospitality to Our Customers while helping them plan a successful event.
Your responsibilities include:
- Genuinely Engage with Our Customers and build Long Term Loyal Relationships
- Accurately prepare and submit catering orders into Caterease
- Communicating orders to the restaurant in a timely manner
- Administrative duties include: data entry, emails and phone calls.
Intermediate computer skills and phone skills are required.
