What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Safety Representative position at Mission Critical Safety Services (MCSS)?
Qualifications:
- This is a 1099 role.
- Five to ten years safety related experience in data center construction.
- Broad construction site knowledge
- Working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, and contractor safety requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
- Ability to manage program and contract requirements, while fostering relationships, and staying in your lane.
- Proficient in cloud Docs/Drive
Responsibilities:
- Review site-specific safety plans with the project team.
- Conduct safety walks and audits to ensure safety processes and procedures are managed and adhered to.
- Participate in RCA review of incidents and unsafe working conditions.
- Monitor EHS performance to ensure conformance with contract and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in communication methods, such as safety meetings, field walks and inspections, luncheons, leadership meetings, site audit and notices to ensure relevant EHS information is communicated across the site by Contractor’s and ensure management is included.
- Participate in a site safety walk with site safety, superintendents, and project leadership.
- Participate in progress reports and schedule meetings.
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
