What are the responsibilities and job description for the Management Analyst and Acquisition Systems Coordinator position at Mission Driven Research?
Mission Driven Research (MDR) is looking for a Management Analyst and Acquisition Systems Coordinator to join our team! This position directly supports the STRIKE Project Office under Program Executive Officer Missiles and Space (PEO MS).
Duties:
- Provides management and acquisition/contract management support for the STRIKE Product Office.
- Briefs STRIKE leadership as required.
- Coordinates logistics and runs charts for executive meetings; Coordinates with security to ensure Visitor Access Requests (VARs) are submitted timely and accurately.
- Prepares and reviews travel authorizations and vouchers in the Defense Travel System (DTS) to include scheduling, itinerary details, and reservations.
- Edit documents and proof for grammar, punctuation, etc. in accordance with AR 25-50.
- Print daily Read Aheads (RAHs) for leadership. Deliver professionalism to ensure that all presentations, briefs, and data are accurate and relevant.
- Serve as the back-up EA for PEO headquarters upon request.
- Responsible for coordination, integration, and synchronization of staff actions, events, and activities.
- Attend meetings, briefings, and track action items.
- Compile, organize, and input data on STRIKE TDY Tracker.
- Responsible for tracking documentation for Middle Tier Acquisition Plan - Rapid Fielding to Sustainment.
Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in PEO MS.
- Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices and procedures within PEO MS.
- Defense Travel System (DTS) experience.
- Experience in Department of Defense/Federal acquisition support and/or contract management (desired)
- Experience with using Office 365

- DAU Middle Tier Acquisition Training
- DTS Preparer Training and DTS Approver Training
Security Clearance:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (active clearance).
