Mission Grammar School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Math Interventionist Teacher to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for an educator committed to supporting elementary scholars (grades K2-6) in developing strong mathematical foundations. The Math Interventionist will work closely with classroom teachers, administrators, and support staff to implement targeted interventions, provide small-group instruction, and track student progress to ensure academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement high-quality math intervention strategies to support struggling learners in grades K2-6.
Provide small-group and one-on-one instruction tailored to students' individual needs.
Collaborate with classroom teachers to analyze data and adjust instruction based on student progress.
Partner with Special Education Team and Elementary Support Team to ensure cohesive and intentional differentiated support across all classrooms and teachers
Utilize research-based instructional practices to reinforce core math concepts and problem-solving skills.
Develop and maintain student progress reports and communicate effectively with families and staff.
Support school-wide math initiatives and professional development for teachers.
Foster a growth mindset and a love for learning in all scholars.
