Currently, we are looking for a enthusiastic, team player to join our team as our newest Collections Specialist!

Pay ranging from $21-28/hour, depending on experience!

As our newest Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for all collections activity for assigned payers and business lines.

• Managing all collections activity for assigned payers.
• Working closely various departments to identify and correct problem areas negatively affecting reimbursement.
• Addressing and resolving patient questions and concerns with top-notch customer service.

• Industry standard knowledge of private insurance reimbursement standards in the Healthcare sector is absolutely necessary.
• Experience collecting for Home Health, Hospice or Home Care agencies is heavily preferred.
• Experience using EMR/EHR and practice management software. Experience with Home Care Home Base highly desired!
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
