Key Responsibilities : Systematically track, organize, and document all interactions with existing clients and prospective leads, ensuring seamless communication across all departments. Maintain regular contact with current customers and potential new members to meet customer enrollment goals and enhance customer engagement. Identify and troubleshoot client issues by collaborating with fellow Customer Enrollment Representatives who have successfully navigated similar challenges. Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops offered by the company to enhance your skills and boost your effectiveness in the role. Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure they feel valued and satisfied with our services. Preferred Qualifications : A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, though candidates with 1-3 years of relevant customer service experience will also be considered. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with a strong emphasis on interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Ability to commit to a full-time work schedule.
