As a Junior Project Manager at Mission, you will be expected to contribute to the success of projects through proper task, timeline and budget management.

YOULL BE EXPECTED TO:
- Work closely with Account Strategists and Associate Directors to ensure that projects are properly scoped and positioned to meet client expectations.
- Create and manage tasks within the project management system ensuring work is on track for milestone dates.
- Manage project budgets, and ensure profitability.
- Document project evolution and maintain a detailed record of job changes and the impact of those changes.
- Manage cross-department workflow with internal teams of 2-8 people.
AT A MINIMUM, YOU MUST:
- Be highly organized, extremely detail-oriented and be able to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, and effectively handle multiple projects concurrently with a cool head.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Have the ability to make judgment calls and solve problems independently.
- Be able to identify and manage project risk.
- Have the ability to learn and implement project management methodology in Missions unique environment.
- Have a general understanding of print and digital mediums.
- Possess a general knowledge and some experience in industry best practices.
- Have aesthetic sensibilities and a strong attention to detail.
TO REALLY IMPRESS US, YOU CAN:
- Be able to translate a line-item budget into an actionable workflow and timeline.
- Accurately report the projected profitability of an ongoing project.
