Position Purpose
Develops and implements marketing strategies to grow market share, increase census, and improve Company brand and reputation in the community.
Essential Job Functions – Principal Accountabilities
- Perform market analysis to identify target markets and potential client sources.
- Develop marketing strategy to increase market share, grow census, and enhance Company brand and reputation.
- Develop and maintain relationships within the community to obtain client referrals. Conduct onsite visits and presentations as appropriate.
- Understand the organization’s capabilities and limitations to appropriately focus marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics to assess the success of the marketing program. Report performance results to the Executive Director, and Corporate executives as requested.

Minimum Requirements
Education: BS degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration is highly desirable.
Experience: Experience performing the essential functions of the position is desirable. Experience in marketing campaign development and company branding is desirable.
Certification/License: Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
