Our enterprise entitlement management system (KSM) plays a pivotal role by enabling software management and automated license delivery for all products. As a customer-facing enterprise system, KSM is instrumental in bringing new business models and products to market while delivering an industry-leading customer experience.
We are looking for a technical professional with technology and program management experience to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Be the technical leader in the discovery process to document and map software entitlements to Keysight standard platforms
- Review cross-functional data migration plans (typically including IT, Order Management and Technical Support), identify gaps, make recommendations and work on finding optimal solutions
- Develop & execute against data migration project plans including:
- Track key milestones and critical path activities
- Raise escalations, risks and issues on a timely basis
- Identify dependencies, validate assumptions and create mitigation plans
- Communications with cross-functional internal stakeholders
- Create data mappings, determine migration strategy and build automation for ETL (Extract Transform Load)
- Develop data reporting capabilities using Keysight’s BI tools for stakeholders including KSM, M&A teams and product lines
- Develop and implement analytics and reporting strategies to enhance the use of Keysight BI tools and data insights to key stakeholders
- Be an advocate for standardization and simplification while ensuring compliance, excellent customer experience and scalability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, computer science or engineering
- At least five years of experience in consulting, software development or technical support working in a large enterprise environment, ideally with a mix of software and hardware experience
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions, explore various and often ambiguous data to create a data integration strategy, define success criteria, identify risks and required decisions
- In depth understanding or aptitude to learn of the end-to-end software delivery or quote-to-cash processes
- Working knowledge of software entitlement systems and licensing technologies is a plus
- Bias for action and proven success in managing expectations and delivering on aggressive timelines
- Excellent coordination and communication skills and ability to present effectively to a broad technical and business stakeholders
- Demonstrated effectiveness in working with cross-functional and remote teams
- International experience and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment is a plus
- Preferably local to the Santa Rosa area.
