You will be responsible for coordinating admissions, conducting documentation reviews, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families. *Duties:* - Manage all aspects of the admissions process from initial inquiry to final admission. - Conduct thorough documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. - Utilize phone systems with professionalism and efficiency to handle inquiries and schedule admissions. - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with patients, families, and staff. - Coordinate with medical staff to ensure proper ICD-9 coding, HIPAA compliance, and Medicare billing. - Provide administrative support in medical record management, front desk operations, and office management. - Ensure a smooth transition for patients by facilitating communication between departments. *Skills:* - Proficiency in phone systems and office management software. - Experience in documentation review and medical administrative support. - Strong knowledge of ICD-9 coding, HIPAA regulations, and Medicare billing processes. - Exceptional front desk skills with a focus on customer service. - Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. *Who we are:* Mission Point Healthcare Services is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to providing top-quality care in Long Term Care and Short-term Nursing & Rehabilitation settings.
